Hi, I’m Sebastian Hondl. For over six years, I’ve applied Lean methodology to rapidly learn and solve complex problems. My approach focuses on identifying gaps in my knowledge early in a project, then quickly building prototypes to test assumptions. This cycle of fast learning enables me to iterate quickly, adapt to challenges, and deliver successful, efficient solutions.
